Campbell Resources announced that it has executed all of its obligations
  pursuant to its Plans of Arrangement with its creditors.

  Campbell announced that its wholly-owned subsidary, MSV Resources Inc., has
  sold its Eastmain Mine Property to Eastmain Resources Inc. for 2.5$ million in
  cash as well as common shares and purchase warrants.
